Deposit of liquid drops according to inertial principle. Through the bending of the profile, the liquid drops are hurled to the inner surfaces and deposited at the collecting noses. Additionally, the inner surfaces of the profiles have small, sharp-edged ridges, which deposit the residual liquid.
The eliminator is used as rectifier at a profile distance of 20 to 30 mm at the entry of our air-washers. In air-washers with air velocities of 4.5 to 7 m/s, the profile with a distance of 20 mm is used as drop eliminator.
Talcum-reinforced polypropylene with a long-term use temperature of about 100 degrees Celsius. For a short time, this profile can also withstand temperatures up to 130 degrees Celsius.
